Creative Problem-Solving (CPS) – a structured approach towards prioritised action - Online

Creative Problem-Solving (CPS) – a structured approach towards prioritised action - Online

Organisations, institutions, and society face challenges that are complex and multi-faceted. Deliberate and structured approaches to exploring and understanding these challenges can help bring order to the chaos, mapping the multidimensional components into a prioritised roadmap for solutions and action.

This workshop will introduce the CPS process and guide learners through the early stages of challenge exploration, understanding and definition. 100% hands-on and experiential, pen and paper in hand, get ready to explore those fuzzy organisational challenges and figure out what’s important and where to start.

Learning Outcomes

This Taster Session aims to provide you with:

- An introduction to Creative Problem-Solving processes and methods
- An appreciation of the importance of the problem space in Creative Problem-Solving
- A clearer picture of your organisation’s challenge landscape
