Howard Shortt is a Director of Forensics/IT Security at Grant Thornton. He has a range of international experience addressing multiple Cyber Security tenants such as SOC design, use-case mapping, security monitoring, cyber threat intelligence, incident response, and Managed SOC services.

Howard delivers strategic reviews and capability maturity assessments from design through implementation encompassing compliance, governance, IAM, and technical transformation programmes. Howard?s utilized frameworks include ISO 27001, NIST CSF, NYDFS, PCI/DSS, TIBER-EU, and CIS standards controls for attestation, reporting, and remediation guidance to inform governance and audit functions.
