Employability for 21st Century Work
This half day conference in CIT will look at how work and the workplace is changing rapidly due to ‘brilliant disruption’; the impact of these changes on work and the skills graduates need to succeed in the future of work.
Conference speakers include Oliver Johnston, former director of Penna and Consultant to leading global organisations on “Succeeding in the new normal, the reality of brilliant disruption”; Andrew Curran, , Practising Paediatric Neurologist & Neurobiologist from Liverpool on “How the Brain Responds to Change & developing Resilience”; Dr Breda Kenny, CIT, shares Employability research; Niamh McCarthy, Morgan McKinley on trends in graduate recruitment & featured case studies – Flex Global Services, Dell EMC, Musgrave, Poppulo and Pfizer – on changes in work practices & skills needs from graduates.
