Join us for a lunchtime session in association with Vodafone Ireland and hear from RTE’s Room to Improve Dermot Bannon, Vodafone CEO Anne O’Leary and Chamber President Paula Cogan around the future of work in the post-Covid world and with flexible working becoming a permanent reality, how being connected in the right way is more important than ever. The panel discussion will be hosted by RTE’s Jacqui Hurley.

Dermot Bannon, Architect, Author and TV Broadcaster
Dermot is the leading voice in modern Irish architectural design. Dermot runs his own practice ‘Dermot Bannon Architects’ and is well known for hosting the much loved RTÉ series ‘Room to Improve’ where Dermot aims to improve his client’s conditions by renovating their homes without spending excessive sums of money.
Jacqui Hurley, Irish Athlete, Sports Manager, Sports Broadcaster and Chat Show Host
Jacqui is co-presenter of Sunday Sport on RTÉ Radio 1 and presents the sports news on RTÉ television news. She has played at the highest level in the sports of basketball and camogie and currently manages the Irish under-16 women's basketball team. In 2009 she became the first woman to present a sports show on RTÉ Radio when she began working on Sunday Sport.
Anne O'Leary, Chief Executive Officer, Chair, Vodafone Ireland
Anne was appointed CEO of Vodafone Ireland in 2013, having spent five years as Enterprise Director. She joined Vodafone from BT Ireland where she was Managing Director for six years and was previously Regional Director with Esat Telecom. As CEO of Vodafone, Anne is committed to continued investment in Ireland’s telecommunications infrastructure, resulting in Vodafone's nationwide rollout of 4G and most recently the launch of 5G.
Paula Cogan, Chief Executive Officer, Cognate Health and President, Cork Chamber
Paula is CEO at Cognate Health, leading supplier of Occupational Health Services in Ireland and President of Cork Chamber. She has worked for over 25 years in the hospitality industry and had held senior roles in sales and marketing, culminating as Global Head of Sales for Doyle Collection.
