The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) will come into force on the 25th of May 2018, replacing the existing data protection framework under the EU Data Protection Directive.
All staff members in any organisation who deal with personal data should take a GDPR Awareness course.
Penalties for non-compliance can be up to €20 million or 4% of the global turnover.
