GIZ A LAUGH - Enya Martin

Enya Martin’s Giz A Laugh Live comedy show will feature Enya and cast performing madcap comedy sketches plus stand-up comedy from Enya. Two of Enya’s best known online characters Chanto and Shardon (Sharon with a D) will also be in the live show. There are great laughs from wild nights out, taxi drivers, world class mediumship, and squabbling nosey neighbours.

Enya’s Facebook page Giz A Laugh has grown rapidly in numbers and popularity over the past two years due to her short and funny comedy videos which are inspired by her sharp eye and ears of daily life in today’s crazy world. Some of the Giz A Laugh Facebook videos reach views of well over 2 million with combined video views exceeding 70 million.

In 2016 Enya took the brave and risky plunge to go full time in to the precarious world of comedy and writing. She has successfully made the transition from comedy online to writing and performing comedy on the live circuit. Following her years in third level education, Enya had worked in some retail and marketing jobs but thankfully her decision to leave her 9 to 5 has been a wise and very funny career move. Enya is the best selling female comedian in the last 10 years in Dublin’s Vicar street venue.
