Helium's Heroes - Sponsor a child in Cork this Christmas
With your organisation’s support, Helium Arts can help transform the lives of children living with long-term health conditions in the Cork area.
The ESRI states that 13,000 children in Ireland are living with a long-term health condition which seriously hampers their daily lives, leading to social and emotional challenges.
A child’s years should be about fun, connection and looking towards a bright hopeful future as an adult, however this is not the case for many children and teenagers living with long-term health conditions.
Established in 2010, Helium Arts empowers children living with long term health conditions through creativity and the Arts, and gives them an opportunity for connection, belonging and imagination.
“I owe so much to Helium for giving me a calm and fun environment to pursue my reason for living.”
