How the Pandemic is Shaping the Future of Work

How the Pandemic is Shaping the Future of Work

Join us for this informative and timely session in association with Grant Thornton.

During this session
Patrick Gallen will look at how remote working is here to stay with most organisations transitioning to some form of hybrid model. This will have implications for the way leaders organise and manage their teams, including a review of benefit packages, new skills required and the impact of a distributed workforce on performance management, collaboration and on-boarding new joiners.

The key question that Patrick will address is how organisations need to prepare for this going forward and how they can build “back to better”. Participants will leave the session having thought about their own approach to making hybrid work.

Patrick Gallen is the Partner leading Grant Thornton’s People and Change Consulting practice in Ireland. He has over 30 years of experience in People and Change, working right across Ireland, the UK and on a global basis. He specialises in delivering behavioural change through capability building, which can range from working on complex transformation projects right through to coaching senior Board members on a one-to-one basis.

Patrick has deep cross-sectoral experience and his clients include large global banking and financial institutions, utility companies and well-known global brands in the food and drinks sector.
