Elaine will share on topics such as: STEM Academy – DePuy’s program to support STEM in primary schools, WiSTEM2D – Across Secondary & Third Level Institutions and Re-ignite Program – J&J’s return to work support initiative.

Rachel has demonstrated success in networking and building relationships with key stakeholders spanning across a facet of disciplines. A dynamic, motivated leader dedicated to learning and development of industry innovations through continual improvement of the employee experience. Rachel is a Company ambassador working with external networking groups especially around Diversity & Inclusion, she is also the Inaugural Culture Ambassador for McAfee Cork.
Elaine Higgins - DePuy Synthes - Materials Engineering Manager
Leader of a high performing, multi-disciplined team of 25. Elaine is a leader of the 3D Printing, Metallurgy, Cleaning and Metallurgical Laboratory Technical Team. This is a multi-layered and disciplined team of 25, who are directly supporting delivery of Key Programs for DePuy Synthes across 3D Printing; Cost Improvement Projects; Technology Standardisation & Modularity and Base Business In-Process Monitoring. Elaine leads this high performing team to deliver to target through clear accountability and defined roles & responsibilities.
