Join us for a breakfast briefing on directors' duties which takes place on Tuesday 10 April 2018.
Kindly sponsored and hosted by University College Cork, this CPD briefing will examine the important area of directors' duties and will include:
- What are the key duties of a director?
- To whom are these duties owed?
- What are the consequences for breach of such duties?
- A due diligence checklist for members taking up future appointments as a director.
Salvador will be joined by a panel of experienced directors who will discuss and share their practical experiences with delegates in a question and answer session.
This is an opportunity for company secretaries and directors to review and discuss this important area of company law and we look forward to seeing you at our first ever CPD event to be held in the College.
