How do you lead for the future when the past is no longer relevant? We are in a world of constant change. However, much of what we think of as change initiatives is busy action rather than change. We are often unconsciously repeating past strategies or working within our existing culture.
Real change requires being before doing. In this session, Deborah Rowland, leading change specialist, will explore how emergent change differs from programmatic change and how you and your organisation can embrace the agile and experimental strategies needed to pursue true, sustained change. We can’t predict the future but can have organisations that are constantly capable of change.
