Owner of Sober Lane and Electric Bar & Restaurant, he also co-founded Kinsale Spirit Co in 2015, who now have both gin and whiskey for sale across Ireland, China and the US. They are currently building a distillery in Kinsale and hope to be distilling on site by 2022. He has just launched DramEx, a whiskey trading marketplace at the intersection of the whiskey and cryptocurrency worlds.
