Dignity and respect are at the heart of Intercultural Awareness, and each of us can take personal responsibility to help create a place of belonging within our place of work. We don’t always realise the biases that we hold, but awareness is the first step towards overcoming the thoughts, feelings and actions, which might hinder our ability to contribute to a culture of inclusiveness.

Culture is a continually evolving theme and it is important for employees to continue to actively engage in conversations around this topic to develop and maintain cross-cultural relationships in the workplace.
