Join us in the UK’s Midlands this July

Save the date  “Joining the Dots – Midlands UK”
3 - 4 July 2019

Following its hugely successful launch in Cork , “Joining the Dots” comes to the world class Manufacturing Technology Centre in the heart of the UK’s Midlands. This is a superb opportunity to be part of connecting the UK’s Midlands with the South West of Ireland. The UK’s Midlands is home to cities including Birmingham, Coventry and Nottingham, 11 million people and 20% of the UK’s manufacturing output.

Taking place on 3 July at 2-4pm, this will be a highly interactive event comprising presentations, panel discussions and networking opportunities with a variety of high level stakeholders from the UK’s Midlands and South West Ireland.
Topics to include:

  • Manufacturing technology
  • Productivity challenges and opportunities
  • Urban regeneration
  • Regional Development
  • Cyber Security
  • Agri-tech
  • The Science and Innovation agenda
Followed by a networking reception in the magnificent Coombe Abbey.

On 4 July, the Department for International Trade and British Embassy Dublin will run study tours for the SW Ireland delegation at major Midlands sites.
