Kathryn Thomas to put Smarter Eggs through their paces

The Smarter Eggs are kicking off the summer season on Tuesday, 28 June with a specially themed event on “performance and being at the top of your game”. “Joining Aodan Enright is one of Ireland’s best known broadcasters, Kathryn Thomas who currently hosts The Voice of Ireland and Operation Transformation shows on RTE. In 2015 she founded Pure Results Bootcamp, a seven-day diet and exercise camp. Other speakers include Conor McCarthy, performance coach to The Cork Senior Football Team, Neil O’Brien, Founder and Managing Director of Time to Fly Ltd and Sports psychologist and sport psychology lecturer at UCC, Canice Kennedy.
