Our March event celebrates Local Enterprise Week in partnership with LEO Cork City and LEO South Cork—a collaboration that embodies this year's theme of Better Together.

We're thrilled to welcome Marie Gleeson, former Naval Captain and MD of NavMar Leadership, who will share her remarkable journey from commanding at sea to leading in business. Marie's story isn't just inspiring—it's packed with practical wisdom on adaptability, making decisions under pressure, and why collaboration isn't optional, it's essential. These are lessons that resonate deeply for women in business, whether you're just starting or steering the ship.

Following Marie's keynote, our MC Louise Kane Buckley, Founder of Loula Natural, will lead a fireside chat—giving us the chance to dig deeper into Marie's insights and experiences.
