Living City Initiative

You are warmly invited to attend an evening information event for the Living City Initiative - an urban regeneration tax incentive scheme for residential and commercial property owners in Cork City. The scheme was amended in January 2017 to broaden eligibility to the rental sector.

The event is being organised by the Planning Policy Section of Cork City Council for residential and commercial property owners of Special Regeneration Areas and the various practitioners from the property and building sectors.

The event will be held on Wed 24th of May 2017 from 6.30 – 8.30pm in the Imperial Hotel, South Mall, Cork.

We will have 3 speakers:

  • Gwen Jordan McGee, Planner and Scheme Manager - General outline, scheme changes and how it works
  • Carla Manning, CPA, CTAX - Information about the tax benefits with working examples
  • Pat Ruane, Conservation Officer of Cork City Council   - For advice on architecture & conservation matters

This will be followed by a Q&A session.

Capacity is limited to 100 people so if you are interested in attending, please email Gwen to register.
