Niall gets us to dig deep into our Core Belief Systems and helps to become ultra aware of what we are attracting into our lives. Niall also breaks down the minefield of information on Exercise and distils it into the basic information we need to live a balanced life.
Niall uses examples from his own past and how he completely changed his approach to life to live a more active, healthy and happy life. Niall is now a keen runner, adventure racer and has helped and inspired many people to be more active and healthy. Niall is the Camp Manager, Fitness Instructor and Life Coach with Kathryn Thomas and her Pure Results Bootcamp.
