Malin to Mizen Cycle
Preventing suicide is possible and we are all key players in its prevention. Cycle Against Suicide through its programmes and events strives to weave prevention into the very fabric of communities. Help carry a message of hope to those who struggle with mental health difficulties. (This event caters for speeds from 22kmph to 35kmph+, with the peloton grouped according to speed and ability).
By joining this challenge, you will be supporting the work of Cycle Against Suicide. Each and every suicide is devastating and has a profound impact on those around us. Preventing suicide is possible and we are all key players in its prevention. Raising awareness, reducing stigma and encouraging safe and meaningful conversations around suicide, and by encouraging help seeking behaviour we can reduce the instances of suicide. Through its programmes in schools, communities and workplaces, Cycle Against Suicide weaves prevention into the very fabric of communities.
For this challenge, Cycle Against Suicide have a complete safety procedure in place and the cycle will be fully supported for its duration. Minimum speed is 22kmph and catering for speeds upwards. Cyclist will be grouped according to their speed. Included, is hotel accommodation (twin basis), dinner, bed and breakfast. Lunch and snacks provided each day. Both Saturday, May 21st and Saturday May 28th are travel days. Cycling commences Sunday morning, May 22nd and ends Friday evening May 27th.

Cost of Participation (This includes transport from Dublin to Malin Head and the return from Mizen to Dublin).
Full Event including hotel accommodation/DBB (Twin basis) – €2,000. €200 deposit payable with remaining monies to be fundraised.
Full Event not including hotel accommodation or dinner – €900. €100 deposit payable with remaining monies to be fundraised:
3 Days, not including hotel accommodation or dinner – €480. €100 deposit payable with remaining monies to be fundraised:
2 Days, not including hotel accommodation or dinner – €360. €100 deposit payable with remaining monies to be fundraised.
Single Day registration, not including hotel accommodation or dinner – €160. €50 deposit payable with remaining monies to be fundraised.
