Noel has over 25 years’ experience in senior and executive leadership roles in both private and public sector organisations. He was previously Vice President for Human Resources with University College Cork and has held a number of senior leadership roles with the Canadian Government in Northern Canada where he lived for 10 years. With experience in general and HR management roles throughout his career, he has a particular interest in business transformation, organisational development and change management.
