Mindset Matters: Building Workplace Wellbeing from the Inside Out - Online

Mindset Matters: Building Workplace Wellbeing from the Inside Out - Online

Overview
We all want to build healthier, safer, and more resilient workplaces. However, sustainable wellbeing isn’t something that happens to you - it’s something you build, one intentional step at a time.

Learning Outcomes
Join us for this practical taster session on real-world tools and hacks to support your personal and team wellbeing. You’ll leave with:

- a clearer understanding of how your mindset and the way you think directly shapes your wellbeing, how you feel, perform and show up at work
- ways to reduce your stress and build resilience — so that challenges at work become opportunities to learn rather than threats to avoid
- actionable tools you can begin practising straight away to begin building a sustainable wellbeing mindset – starting with small 1% practical incremental changes that build lasting habits over time.
- hacks to use yourself and with your team

Mindset Matters is a framework for sustainable workplace wellbeing built on four pillars: Wellbeing Mindset; Intentional Living; Social Connection /Relationships; and Growth Mindset. This session will cover the first pillar – the Wellbeing Mindset.

About the Facilitators
This session is delivered by Pinta consultants Brenda Healy and Catherine Costello

Brenda Healy is wellbeing coach, lecturer and consultant with master’s degrees in both Teaching & Learning and Personal & Management Coaching. Brenda is a Director of ConnectWell, Programme Manager at University College Cork, and licensed provider of the internationally accredited, evidence-based mental health programme WRAP®

Brenda works with organisations across the corporate, public, and community sectors — supporting individuals and teams to cultivate a growth mindset, strengthen workplace wellbeing, and foster high-performing, psychologically safe cultures. Her approach is practical, evidence-based, and deeply human — meeting people where they are and giving them the tools to grow from there.

Catherine Costello is a business coach and group facilitator with over 20 years’ business development experience with entrepreneurs, SMEs and large multinational companies. She holds an MSc in Digital Marketing Strategy, a BA in Applied Languages and a Diploma in Media Communications.

Catherine specializes in personal and team development, enabling collective insight through inclusive dialogue. She leads programmes for Pinta focused on communication, strategic alignment and values-based leadership with expertise in needs analysis, resultant training, employee satisfaction survey management and strategy development.
