Overview
We all want to build healthier, safer, and more resilient workplaces. However, sustainable wellbeing isn’t something that happens to you - it’s something you build, one intentional step at a time.
Learning Outcomes
Join us for this practical taster session on real-world tools and hacks to support your personal and team wellbeing. You’ll leave with:
- a clearer understanding of how your mindset and the way you think directly shapes your wellbeing, how you feel, perform and show up at work
- ways to reduce your stress and build resilience — so that challenges at work become opportunities to learn rather than threats to avoid
- actionable tools you can begin practising straight away to begin building a sustainable wellbeing mindset – starting with small 1% practical incremental changes that build lasting habits over time.
- hacks to use yourself and with your team
Mindset Matters is a framework for sustainable workplace wellbeing built on four pillars: Wellbeing Mindset; Intentional Living; Social Connection /Relationships; and Growth Mindset. This session will cover the first pillar – the Wellbeing Mindset.
