Navigating Crucial Conversations - Practical Skills for Managers and Leaders - Online

Navigating Crucial Conversations - Practical Skills for Managers and Leaders - Online

Overview
In every workplace, there are moments when important conversations need to happen — whether it’s addressing a concern, giving constructive feedback, or navigating differing perspectives within a team. Many managers recognise the importance of these conversations, yet often feel unsure about how to approach them in a way that maintains trust while still getting the message across.
This practical 60-minute webinar offers a focused introduction to key skills that support more confident and constructive workplace conversations. Participants will gain insight into how a more proactive approach to communication can strengthen collaboration, improve understanding, and contribute to a positive working environment.
Drawing from our two-day programme A Positive Workplace: Managing Relationships and Navigating Crucial Conversations, this session will share a selection of practical tools and approaches to help managers begin to address issues early and approach challenging conversations with greater confidence and clarity.
Designed for managers and leaders across all sectors, this session will provide practical ideas that can be applied immediately in everyday workplace situations.
