Overview
In every workplace, there are moments when important conversations need to happen — whether it’s addressing a concern, giving constructive feedback, or navigating differing perspectives within a team. Many managers recognise the importance of these conversations, yet often feel unsure about how to approach them in a way that maintains trust while still getting the message across.
This practical 60-minute webinar offers a focused introduction to key skills that support more confident and constructive workplace conversations. Participants will gain insight into how a more proactive approach to communication can strengthen collaboration, improve understanding, and contribute to a positive working environment.
