Hal Hartley’s Henry Fool Trilogy
Triskel Arts Centre is proud to present three films from director Hal Hartley. This trilogy, which was filmed over 17 years, follows a strange drifter named Henry Fool (Thomas Jay Ryan) and the effect he has on a family in Queens, New York: there is garbage man Simon (James Urbaniak), his sister Fay (Parker Posey) and the son that Henry eventually has with Fay, Ned (Liam Aiken). It is an epic story about creativity, espionage and revenge, told with Hartley’s wonderfully quirky and unique sense of humour.
