Join the Network members of Cork and Waterford on the 21st of July

Collaboration between two great Networks from two great Counties, with a sprinkle of motivation and fun. We will be joined by Deirdre Martin fellow Network Kilkenny member and founder of CX Creators – she will share insights to The Customer Journey Mapping, what it is and why your business needs it **NOT TO BE MISSED**. We invite each attendee to wear their county colours and for added fun we’ll test your knowledge with a little quiz.

As with all of our online Zoom events, Network Cork will operate ‘breakout rooms’ so that you can network and mingle in small groups so be sure to introduce yourself and your business and connect via LinkedIn after the event. New guests are always welcome.

Deirdre is the founder of CX Creators and The Customer Experience Masterclass Series, which she established to empower and inspire people to realise their potential whilst serving others exceptionally.
Deirdre’s mission for CX Creators is to create a movement where solopreneurs become accomplished CX Creators making a difference in the lives of the people they touch through one customer experience at a time. Her vision is to empower and inspire coaches, consultants and freelancers through a six-week online Masterclass Series. Deirdre had a successful banking career spanning 20 years, where she managed branches, teams and customer experience strategies. She studied Customer Experience Management in 2015 and is a practised performance coach with qualifications in coaching culture and emotional intelligence.
