NextGen Leaders is a leadership development event specifically for team leads, senior managers, project owners or individuals showing readiness for leadership from across the largest companies in our membership.

Developing next generation leaders is essential to ensuring organisations remain agile, inclusive and prepared for the challenges ahead. It is also key to shaping the culture, communication and direction of tomorrow’s workplaces.
