Overview
The power of personality plays a central role in how we connect, communicate and collaborate at work. By building greater awareness of ourselves and others, we can unlock more effective relationships, reduce friction and create truly collaborative teams.
This 90-minute webinar introduces the core concepts of the Insights Discovery model in an engaging and accessible way. Participants will explore how recognising personality preferences can lead to stronger connections, more clear communication and greater harmony across teams and departments.
An informal Insights evaluation will be included as part of the session, along with examples of how “Team Wheels” can be used to improve dynamics in groups, projects and cross-functional teams.
Led by an Insights Discovery Accredited Facilitator, this session offers a practical and insightful approach to team development grounded in real-world application.
