Preparing for 2017: Part 1

Each year, a business is faced with challenges and opportunities and it is the business owner’s job to have an appropriate plan and preparation in place to deal with these. Whilst this can be a lonely and challenging time, our aim is to guide you on this path, giving you the right tools to achieve your goals for 2017.
 
We are hosting our monthly business owner forum on Wednesday 16^th of November. The forum will be part one of two, centring around planning and preparing for 2017 in your business and the necessary steps to make to achieve your 2017 goals.

Some of the topics to be discussed include,

• The likely business landscape for 2017
• The challenges and opportunities
• Setting your goals
• Preparing your Plan of Action

 
This will be an interactive session where you will meet fellow business owners who will share their opinions. This will not only allow for a networking opportunity but allow you to discover the opinions of other business owners on the topics raised.
