Business plays a critical role in supporting the UN's Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). To help the engagement of the business community Chambers Ireland has pledged to support five critical goals. Whether your members are already aligning their business strategies with the SDGs or if this will be their first introduction to the Goals, this session including a panel of industry experts will give you an insight into the diverse nature of each Goal, and offer up practical advice and guidance on incorporating the SDGs into their business model.

Shane Quinlan is Head of Financial Wellbeing with Bank of Ireland since 2019. He was previously Head of Premier Banking and Head of Mortgages with the bank. Prior to that he worked for Danske Bank for 6 years in a number of senior customer and strategy roles both in Ireland & Scandinavia.
Jeanne McDonagh is CEO of the Open Doors Initiative, which works with a large number of companies and NGOs to help marginalised people such as refugees and asylum seekers, people with disabilities and youth from disadvantaged backgrounds, find employment.
Brian Kelly is Founder & CEO of MindaClient which is a business software platform for SMEs. It provides CRM, Field Service & Remote staff management. Three months ago MindaClient, like many companies, switched totally to remote working and has a positive tale to tell.
Colm Bergin is Proposition Design Manager with Bank of Ireland. In this role he supported the launch of the Bank of Ireland €1bn Sustainable Finance Fund, which included Ireland’s first Green Mortgage. Prior to this he worked on the Bank’s Responsible & Sustainable Business Team.
Colm is a member of Chambers Ireland’s Sustainable Business Council.
