A new Self-Confidence Boost Camp cycle is starting this December.
The Self-Confidence Boost Camp is a 3-month program that is composed of 1 workshop per month. The 1st one is for self-confidence only, the 2nd self-confidence + self-esteem and the 3rd self-confidence + self-care.
We will start again with the 100% confidence workshop Saturday the 8th of December that will deal with public speaking. It will be followed the 12th of January by the self-esteem workshop focusing this time on celebrating yourself. Then on February the 2nd we will have the self-care workshop that will be about reconnecting with yourself. You have no obligations to attend all 3 workshops but it’s highly recommended in order to achieve optimum results. Each workshop ends with a guided meditation.
January 2019 will also be the start of the Self-Confidence Boost Camp for teenagers. Stay tuned for the program coming up in December.
