Self-Confidence Boost Camp - January Workshop
A new Self-Confidence Boost Camp cycle started in December 2018.
The Self-Confidence Boost Camp is a 3-month program that is composed of 1 workshop per month. The 1st one is for self-confidence only, the 2nd self-confidence + self-esteem and the 3rd self-confidence + self-care.
It is not necessary to attend all 3 workshops, you can pick and chose the ones you like.
We started again with the 100% confidence workshop Saturday the 8th of December that dealt with public speaking. It is now followed the 12th of January by the self-esteem workshop focusing this time on celebrating yourself.
This workshop aims at showing you that you have so many reasons to celebrate yourself and how it can increase your self-confidence to learn to do so.
This workshop will make you explore the power within yourself to give into the appreciation of every aspects of your journey.
It will be about:
- Creating rituals to savour the moments
- Learning about gratitude
- Stepping into your power
The workshop will include a talk on self-esteem, exercises to develop it, my personal tips on including gratitude in your routine and a guided mediation.
