September Business Breakfast 2019 featuring Alan Fox, General Manager of FREE NOW

Alan was appointed to the role of General Manager of FREE NOW (formerly mytaxi) in March 2018 and is responsible for all the company's commercial, operational and business development activities in Ireland. 

Alan has led the business through a period of rapid growth with enterprise and corporate customer acquisition a key pillar of the growth strategy. Prior to joining FREE NOW Alan held various senior management positions in AA Ireland, Telefonica O2 Ireland, Zurich Insurance, Meteor Mobile Communications and Eircom.   

This Summer, Alan led the way on the rebrand of mytaxi to FREE NOW in Ireland - FREE NOW is the first service from the BMW/Daimler joint venture and the NOW group that is live – "Our plan now is to develop the app to become a broader mobility provider, offering multi-service solutions in one app into the future."
