Developed by Chambers Ireland in partnership with Healthy Ireland, the Charter provides Chamber members with a quick, simple and practical way for SMEs to access step-by-step guidance, tools and training to help build a healthier workplace.
This one hour event blends expert insights, including a keynote from Gerry Hussey, Ireland's leading performance psychologist, with practical guidance to explore how wellbeing comes to life across the workplace, the workday and within each of us.

His work focuses on developing the mindset, behaviour and consistency required to preform at a high level across sport, work and life.
Naoimh Frawley, Director of People, Operations and Governance, Cork Chamber Naoimh oversees people strategy, operations and governance at Cork Chamber, supporting its strategy priorities and organisational effectiveness. She is committed to fostering inclusive workplaces, employee wellbeing and community engagement.
The Charter is all about understanding participant needs, so expect a Q&A along with interactive and reflective elements throughout the session.
