Customers are the foundation of any company’s success and growth. When you are starting out you may not have as much money as your competitors, your product may not be as good as theirs yet. The one thing you can do better than your competitors is the care and detail you put into your customers and their journey with you. Instilling that culture of genuinely caring for your customers will allow you to grow and scale your business with the help of your customers because they will be champions of your product and service. Not only will they get you more customers but may even become investors. It's easy for a competitor to copy a feature or process but copying a culture is much harder to do.
