Supporting Your Workforce: Skills Pathways
The Sustainable Cork Programme (SCP) webinar series is designed to set a vision for a more sustainable and resilient Cork, empowered by a thriving business community.
A key element in achieving this vision is supporting the future and current workforce through learning pathways. Cork is undergoing transformation in terms of its physical infrastructure, the diversity of its population, and the way in which the economy operates as we forge a path to a more sustainable future. These changes require a pathway for skills development and businesses have a key role to play in addressing skills needs and inspiring a love for learning.
As a UNESCO learning city, education and continuous development is embedded into the culture of Cork. There is a well-established ecosystem that supports collaboration between educational institutions, industry and the community which supports social cohesion and economic prosperity.
Join us for this informative webinar which will explore the value of enabling and enhancing access to learning opportunities for all learners. Hear from businesses who have successfully implemented effective and inspirational approaches to learning and skills development within their organisational culture and beyond.
