Talent Management in the Evolving World of AI: The Time is Now

Talent management can be defined as your end-to-end people strategy, encompassing brand and hiring, managing and developing, and engaging and retaining. Within each, artificial intelligence can reduce tasks requiring lesser skill and higher time, and optimize critical people processes around development, performance, reward and more. At this event, Ray will both present and join the panel to discuss practical applications, implications, and challenges of AI in industry.

Siobhán Long, Director of People Development at Eli Lilly Kinsale

She previously held HR Management roles at Motorola and Janssen, working internationally for a period of time.

In her current role as, Siobhán oversees the strategic implementation of talent development programs, and leadership training initiatives. Her approach is centered on aligning talent management with business goals, fostering a culture of continuous learning, and preparing organisations for future challenges.
