The Brehon Chef Series: Brehon meets Breton

Join us at the Brehon Hotel for an unforgettable culinary experience at our Chef Series event, Brehon Meets Breton, featuring renowned French chef, Stéphane Delourme and our own Chad Byrne. "Breton" reflects Stéphane Delourme's roots in Brittany, a Celtic region, and his passion for collaborating with chefs from other Celtic areas. With 25 years of experience working alongside Rick Stein in Cornwall, Stéphane brings a deep connection to Celtic cuisine and culture.
