The Importance of a Wellbeing Strategy: Supported by a Culture of Health & Safety
Join this informative session in partnership with Adare on the key principles to consider when designing an Organisation Wellbeing Strategy and why Health & Safety processes can boost employee welfare
In Adare’s latest workplace survey, the HR Barometer Series 8.1*, Organisations across Ireland reported their absenteeism rate for 2023 was 8.2%, which is a concerning 2.5% increase from 2022. 66% of Organisations reported that they provided sick pay benefits that exceeded the statutory minimum requirements.
The survey further revealed that short-term absenteeism was increasingly related to Mental Wellbeing, Work-related Stress and Back Pain. This data suggests underlying issues with the support an organisation provides in context of Good Working Practices.
Adare consultants will discuss the key principles to be considered when reviewing an existing or developing a new Wellbeing Strategy. Ensuring your strategy is not only well thought through, but also communicated and implemented effectively, will help mitigate any potential Health and Safety risks.
