The Irish Commercial Mediation Association (ICMA) presents 'Making Mediation Work'

The Irish Commercial Mediation Association (ICMA) is delighted to invite you to join its regional seminar entitled ‘Making Mediation Work’ which will take place on Thursday, 21st November 2019 in the Clayton Hotel, Cork City Centre.

Ronan McGoldrick, Chairperson of ICMA and Partner in Litigation and Dispute Resolution will provide the welcoming address for the seminar. We will then hear practical insights from some of the most experienced mediators, business influencers and lawyers operating in the dispute resolution space. Speakers at the seminar will be leading Senior Counsel and accredited mediator Pearse Sreenan, SC, Louisa Meehan, Human Resource Expert and Mediator, Woodview HRM and Philip Fagan, Senior Clinical Claims Manager, National Treasury Management Agency.

The seminar will provide an insight on how mediation works in practice, the challenges that can arise and how to over come these, and the benefits for business in using mediation to resolve disputes. A light breakfast and refreshments will be served on arrival giving you an opportunity to network with fellow attendees. 1.5 hours accredited CPD.
