The Road to Success - The Highs and Lows of Hurling 9th February
Christians Brothers College supported by MC2 Accountants will host a night to remember for all hurling fans on Saturday 9th February at 7pm as inter - county hurling management will come together for a very special evening in Christian Brothers College Cork in aid of the CBC Zambia Immersion Project.
All Ireland winning manager, Limerick’s John Kiely, Waterford’s Derek McGrath and Cork’s own John Meyler will join host, Paudie Palmer on the couch for ‘The Road to Success’, a lively and entertaining mix of stories on the highs and lows of hurling life, offering unique insights into what lies behind inter-county and All Ireland glory, as well as examining the central role of grassroots and schools hurling in laying the foundations for success.
Proceeds from the event will go to the college’s Zambia Immersion Project. This initiative which has been spearheaded over the last fifteen years by Christian Brothers College has seen hundreds of students embark on development and humanitarian projects run by the Christian Brothers in Zambia. In recent years, the programme has been further enhanced in partnership with ‘Serve’, the overseas development and voluntary organisation.
