Transitioning the Workplace from Pandemic to Endemic

Transitioning the Workplace from Pandemic to Endemic

Cognate Health is delighted to kick-off our first webinar of the year with our very own Dr Shane Farrelly, Senior Medical Consultant, to lead the discussion on this very current topic. Dr Farrelly, will be joined by a guest speaker to give an informative update on managing Covid-19 in the workplace including:

  • Relevance of Antigen Testing

  • Positive Covid-19 Cases & Close Contacts

  • Impact of Boosters on Protecting Health

  • Importance of aids such as mask-type, ventilation and others

And the important question: what will the next three months look like from a work perspective as we shift from a pandemic to endemic phase?

This webinar is free and you can sign up here.

Dr Shane Farrelly, has over 30 years experience as an expert in International Occupational Medicine. Shane's role includes consulting as Chief Medical Officer to a number of international companies, providing guidance to corporate health departments in the design and implementation of occupational health programmes.

In 2014, Dr Farrelly was appointed as one of three Senior Medical Advisors to the Irish Health & Safety Authority. In more recent times, one of Shane's key roles is working with clients on Covid-19 protocols and 'return to office' strategies, from the planning through to implementation; to ensure a safe and healthy working environment.
