Vincent Price Double Feature

Vincent Price Double Feature

DMP Cinema presents a special screening event that recreates the cinema experience of yesteryear: it brings together two classic films from actor Vincent Price with vintage horror trailer shows before each film and an intermission countdown in the middle of the programme.

THE LAST MAN ON EARTH from 1964 is based upon the post-apocalyptic novel I Am Legend by Richard Matheson (which was also the basis for THE OMEGA MAN with Charlton Heston and I AM LEGEND with Will Smith). When a disease turns humans into vampiric zombies, Dr Robert Morgan (Price) becomes the only person to be uninfected and must fight to survive in the apocalyptic world.

In HOUSE ON HAUNTED HILL from 1959, Frederick Loren (Price), a millionaire, along with his fourth wife, Annabelle, invites five people to a house on a hilltop for a haunted-house party, promising them $10,000 if they make it through the night. This ghoulishly fun cult classic was directed by William Castle (THE TINGLER, 13 GHOSTS).

One ticket is valid for both films. The runtime of the entire double is just over three hours.
