Winter Yoga & Meditation Retreats at Robin Hill Sanctuary

Robin Hill Sanctuary is delighted to announce a new term of autumn/winter yoga weekend retreats in Cobh, Ireland. The all-inclusive weekends will feature yoga, meditation, walks, fun, pampering, with organic and seasonal meals developed by our resident hostess throughout. Relax and rejuvenate this Autumn and Winter in our award winning guest house and have a truly holistic experience.

Enter a cocoon of calm as soon as you arrive at the leafy grounds of our stunning gardens. Sleep in the cosy former rectory in private or shared rooms. Eat organic, seasonal and nourishing meals purposefully designed by complementary health expert Deirdre Mackesy. Relax by the open fire taking in the sea views. Stretch your body and rest your mind with daily yoga and mindfulness sessions with our certified instructors.

Weekend Schedule:

Friday Evening

Check in from 3pm : tea, coffee and homemade biscuits
18:30 Candle light yoga followed by a session of mindfulness meditation.
20:30 Dinner and relax by the fire or a night out in Cobh

Saturday:

8:30-10:00 : Breakfast.
11:30 Yoga followed by mindfulness meditation.
13:00-14:00 Free time
14:00 : Lunch
Afternoon free to visit lovely Cobh, go for a walk, read a book or partake in one of Robin Hill s discounted spa treatments
19:00 Candle light yoga followed by a session of mindfulness meditation
20:30 Dinner
Spend the remainder of the evening relaxing in front of the fire/check out the bright lights of Cobh or Cork
