The FORWARD programme - 100% Fully funded

The future of work is digital.

Organisations of all sizes are increasingly adopting remote operating models to stay ahead of the curve, in terms of attracting and retaining high quality staff, and increasing productivity.

However, making this transition is hard and tailored supports are needed.

Grow Remote is delighted to launch The FORWARD Programme, aimed at Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) looking to adopt and implement remote work models.

This programme,  co-funded by the Government of Ireland and the European Union through the ERDF Northern and Western Regional Programme 2021-27, assesses organisations’ potential to make the transition to remote, making bespoke recommendations to each client on how to maximise the benefits of a remote work model for their business, and assisting them to adopt and implement this new working model with current best practice.

There are 3 phases to this fully funded programme:
1) Discovery Call
2) Remote Working Audit
3) Bespoke Implementation
