SE Systems is currently seeking a Project Manager in our Cork Office. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual with great scope for career advancement within the company. This is a fully On-Site role, Monday to Friday, at our offices at Dublin Hill, Cork.

The Role:


Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of domestic retrofit projects under the SEAI Warmer Homes Scheme. You will manage a portfolio of domestic retrofit projects from survey handover through to final close-out, ensuring works are delivered safely, compliantly, on time, and to SEAI standards — while maintaining a high-quality homeowner experience.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage domestic retrofit projects from start to finish.

  • Coordinate multi-trade works (insulation, plumbing, electrical, ventilation, enabling works).

  • Act as the main point of contact for homeowners.

  • Schedule and manage subcontractors and site activities.

  • Ensure full Health & Safety and SEAI compliance.

  • Carry out QA checks and manage documentation and photo records.

  • Manage variations, job close-out, and SEAI payment submissions.

  • Handle aftercare and audit reworks where required.

What we’re looking for:

  • Qualification or training in construction, engineering, or project management.

  • Experience managing construction or retrofit projects.

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • Clear communication skills and willingness to learn.

  • Comfortable working with homeowners and contractors.

  • Basic IT and digital systems knowledge.
