Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Insurance Specialist located in Cork. The Insurance Specialist will be responsible for advising clients on suitable insurance products, handling insurance brokerage tasks, processing claims, and maintaining customer satisfaction through effective communication. Additional tasks include collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance and delivering personalized insurance and financial solutions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Insurance and Insurance Brokerage practices
• Strong knowledge of Finance and the ability to provide informed advice
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in insurance or a related field is preferred but not required
• A proven ability to build positive relationships with clients and partners

CIP (Certified Insurance Practitioner) or QFA (Qualified Financial Adviser) qualification preferred
