Digital Marketing Assistant

We are currently seeking a full-time dynamic Digital Marketing Assistant to join our marketing team. This is a perfect role for someone with a passion for marketing.

 

Key Functions:

Digital Marketing

  • Develop and integrate content marketing strategies;
  • Grow new leads converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content (including offers);
  • Social Media: develop a distinct online presence by attracting high numbers of followers through social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram and TikTok;
  • Contribute to social media engagement and brand awareness campaigns. Manage a strong brand presence;
  • Manage and update regularly web content using CMS. Continuous web optimization;
  • Search engine optimisation (SEO): develop strategies to increase the number of visitors to a website by achieving high-ranking placements in search results;
  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to ensure SEO and Pay per Click are working effectively;
  • Email Marketing: write and dispatch email marketing campaigns;
  • Use Google analytics to monitor the performance of client websites and make recommendations for improvement
  • SEM: Assist with paid ads. Increased traffic to both desktop/ mobile platforms through Google Adwords campaigns;
  • Provide marketing reports of all online campaigns to demonstrate effective return on investment (ROI);
  • Design website banners and assist with web visuals;
  • Create and manage content for a travel blog;
  • Keep up to date with current digital trends;
  • Research new online media opportunities that may benefit the business including mobile, social media, development of blogs and forums;
  • Create/manage content for a blog;
  • Use Canva to create brochures and travel itineraries

 

Traditional Marketing

  • Develop and integrate content marketing strategies within key objectives.
  • Coordinate fairs, events, receptions and exhibitions.
  • Plan and execute direct marketing initiatives (adverts in the press, radio, competitions…).
  • Create window posters, window graphics, sign posters, banners, etc.
  • Monitoring competitor activity and generating leads for products and services.
  • The creation of joint marketing campaigns with suppliers.

 

Key Requirements

  • Marketing or digital marketing diploma or degree.
  • Experience in social media channels.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proactive and ability to multitask
  • Creative, energetic, out of the box thinker
  • Full system training will be provided
