This is an important moment in The Everyman’s history. The organisation is entering a new phase of development – one grounded in artistic ambition, strengthened governance and a renewed focus on long-term sustainability.

Over the past year, the organisation has undertaken a period of consolidation, clarifying leadership structures, strengthening internal systems and reasserting its role as a producing theatre of national significance.

With the launch of EVERYMAN MADE, The Everyman has reaffirmed its commitment to developing new work in Cork, for audiences locally and beyond. Alongside this, a structured strategic planning process is shaping the organisation’s next phase of growth. The Board will play a central role in this journey.

We are now seeking a Chair and additional members of the Board of Directors who can bring insight, independence and sound judgement to support the organisation as it continues to evolve – helping to steward its future, strengthen governance, and ensure that artistic ambition is matched by clarity, responsibility and care.
