Griffith College Cork Launches New Degree in Procurement & Supply Chain Management
Griffith College Cork has announced the launch of its new BA (Hons) in Procurement & Supply Chain Management, commencing in September 2026, in response to growing demand for skilled professionals in one of the fastest-evolving areas of business.
Procurement has become one of the most strategic functions in modern organisations, influencing everything from cost management and supply chain resilience to sustainability performance and digital transformation. According to McKinsey & Company, procurement can influence up to 70% of organisational spend, making it a critical driver of business success.
As a new addition to Griffith College Cork's business portfolio, the BA (Hons) in Procurement & Supply Chain Management has been developed to prepare graduates for the realities of a rapidly changing global operating environment. The programme combines business strategy, technology, data analytics, and sustainability principles to equip students with the skills employers increasingly seek.
